RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We are convinced that our products will meet your expectations, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us immediately on our email and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
In any case, read our returns policy:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The shipping costs for the return and exchange are charged to the customer and are not refundable.
- The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. No refunds will be made if the product has been used in addition to the simple opening and for products that are not in the same condition in which they were purchased or if they have been damaged. We therefore invite you to take care of the products as long as they are in your availability and possession. Please return the item using or including in the package the original packaging, instructions and other documents, if any, that accompany the products.

SIZE CHANGE

Once the item has been received, if you wish to change the size of the purchased product, you can request a size change without additional delivery costs   for the new product, as long as you return the original item in the same condition in which it was delivered, undamaged and within the terms set out in these Conditions.

Once you have received the item, if you wish to change the size of the purchased product, you can request the size change by taking care of the return costs, while we will take care of the shipment of the new product, as long as you return the original item in the same condition in which it is. been delivered, without damage and within the terms established in these Conditions.

Once you have received the item, if you wish to change the size of the purchased product, you can request a size change by taking care of both the return and shipping costs of the new product, as long as you return the original item in the same condition in which it was delivered, free of damage and within the terms established in these Conditions.

We take no responsibility for any products lost during return shipping.
